I help moms worldwide break free from stress, anxiety, burnout, and pain, by learning and implementing evidence-based mind-body, tools & strategies

You have taken a first brave step towards your well-being, and I am honored to accompany you on this journey. With my multicultural experience as a CBT Clinical Psychologist in Belgium and a Certified Health & Wellness Coach in the United States, I am here to offer you a safe and caring therapeutic space where you can re-discover yourself.

Together, we will explore a holistic approach, taking into account your body, your mind and your emotions. Having gone through 10 years of medical errands myself, I understand the importance of comprehensive care to regain balance.

Specialized for the past four years in burnout and chronic pain, and trained in Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT), I am passionate about accompanying you to find personal fulfilment and improve your quality of life.
