Work, loss, family life, expatriation, neurodivergence, financial distress or chronic health concerns are many life stresses that can break the fragile balance of your physical and mental health and wellness.
Burnout is a serious condition and it can lead to clinical depression if left unchecked. Healing burnout requires a global, holistic approach, including its physical, mental, psychological, social and environmental components – because you didn’t get there on your own!

Coaching is not a quick fix, but rather a gradual evolution, a transformative process. Unlike traditional therapy, coaching is an active partnership where you take intentional steps toward your goals, making progress across all areas of life. For that reason, in addition to being open to change, one must also take the time. The time for introspection and self-discovery. The 3-months duration is therefore not chosen by chance, it is rather the length of time proven to be necessary to fully experiment with new strategies, build new life habits that stand the test of time, and start seeing lasting results.
On your path to positive outcomes, I support you in three key ways:

All the goodwill in the world is not always enough… As a trained life, health and wellbeing coach and a registered therapist, I am here to offer a listening ear in the absence of judgement, and give you all my attention with compassion and kindness. I abstain from offering unwanted advise, and provide it only when required. During our sessions, you are in a safe and supportive space with a trained professional.

A clear direction
Only what you are not aware of can block you. That is why we will encourage discovery and investigation. First, through the principles of motivational interviewing and appreciative inquiry, together we investigate and evaluate your personal qualities and the strengths that will help you surpass yourself. Next, based on your values, we will establish a personal health plan that is grounded and reachable, yet audacious.

The answers are within you; let’s uncover them together! As a last step we will collaborate to create objectives that encourage your sense of self-efficacy and self-confidence. I then hold you accountable and offer direct feedback. For instance I do not shy away from questioning the limiting thoughts and beliefs that might hinder your progress. I also share ideas and resources if and when needed or desired.

So what’s included?
Your Burnout Plan
I found a 4-months program to be the best timeframe to supports your healing, while still giving you time to also prepare for life after coaching. This program includes:
- 12 one-on-one coaching sessions over 4 months:
- Initial 90 min session, then
- 7 x 45 min weekly coaching sessions on week 1-8, then we gently decrease frequency to:
- 2 x 60 min biweekly session to prepare re-entry into normal family life / workforce
- 2 x 60 min follow-up session
- Before / after Wellness Assessment quiz and Wheel of Life to see progress

- Illimited text and email support / follow-up

What is it?
Duration: a 16 weeks Burnout Recovery Program
What? CBT + health and life coaching unite in a holistic program to work on the axes of well-being that will help you get out of burnout and set up new lifestyle habits that will prevent you from falling back into it.
For Whom?
- Perfect for those who no longer recognise themselves, who feel out-of-control, overwhelmed and exhausted
- Or who have been diagnosed with burnout and already have medical follow-up, in addition to this medical support (burnout touches you physiologically also!)
Why? Because burnout requires a multidimensional, holistic approach, which heals the body, and the mind, and the nervous system.
Also because coaching by nature brings the focus, structure, planning, consistency and day-to-day support and follow-up necessary to work on every aspect of a burnout, while also facilitating self-agency, autonomy and self-confidence naturally that are often damaged during burnout.
With whom?
I am a Licensed Clinical Counselor and a certified Health and Wellbeing Coach
* Psychological consultations are also possible. Psychological consultations for burnout will require work outside of sessions and therefore be charged 90€/60 minutes.

- Sustain healthy habits while at work
- Prep yourself, your manager and your team for re-entrance into “toxic” environment
