I’m Laetitia, MSc Psy & Certified Health & Wellbeing Coach

A country girl and nature lover since my toddlers years, I have always nurtured a deep interest for natural healing, human nature, and behaviour.

I have been lucky enough to experience the expat life, moving between Belgium and the United States. Today, I live in the heart of beautiful Bavaria, Germany!

Today I help juggling, overbooked women embrace the new daily self-care habits that will make them feel good in their mind & bodies so that they finally have the energy to tackle their to-do list, balance their professional aspirations and their personal dreams, and spend more quality time with their loved ones. I have a particular interest for medical burnout, chronic pain and chronic illness.

For me, health is much more than being free of physical illness. Not only does it mean promoting a strong immune system, and nourishing your body with appropriate nutrients  for optimal performance. But in addition, it means being healthy and resilient mentally, thinking clearly and feeling motivated. It is about feeling strong internally and externally, and feeling energetic and able to do the things you want to do.

My approach to health is holistic, meaning that I take into account your body, mindset and emotions. I approach health as a whole through the 3 lenses of physical, mental and social aspects. I also believe that each person is unique, and therefore create health plans that are custom-made to you.

 

I am here to provide you with the support and accountability to encourage a sense of competence, self-efficacy, agency and self-confidence so that  you find lasting results.

Together we will take a look at the state of your health now, to come up with a plan on how to reach your health goals, and keep track of your progress.

With holistic coaching, we will build upon the 4 pillars of health. These pillars work together to keep your body and mind strong and healthy. This mindbody connection is at the center of our sessions so that you can reach your optimal level of health. We will keep track of it with assessments and science-backed tools such HRV (heart rate variability).

30 minutes of exercice

Building muscles doesn’t just look good and build strength, it makes you produce endorphins, a neurotransmitter that helps reduce pain and better manage stressors. Pacing your exercise can help you avoid pains and increase performance.

Sleep

7-9 hours of sleep

A good night sleep helps improves concentration, focus, mood, but also your ability to manage daily stress and pain. 

10-20 minutes of deep breathing

Heart coherence, belly breathing, meditation and visualisation have been shown to reduce stress and anxiety, and increase attention, energy and stamina.
